Thanks for the tip! I’m trying to switch macros, before I was bulking on a isocaloric regimen, something like 300 carbs, 300 pro and 180 fat. Now I’m doing a 200 pro, infinite carbs and 70-80 fat. Eat low volume, high energy dense food to sneak in more kcals. Nuts, add Oils etc. And if it still is too much, don’t be afraid to embrace the liquid kcals from good sources, like whey+milk+dextrose or stuff like that.Actually, I need 4000 kcal to gain 1 pound per week. My job implies me to stand up for 10 hours Mon - Fri. And then I train 5 days a week, PPL. It’s a struggle to have to eat all this much sometimes for such small gains.
Jealous as fuck though, I could bulk on 6k and still be hungry lol.
