I have a minor SLAP tear in my left shoulder. Any suggestions on potential peptides if the injury is not bad enough to warrant surgery?

Basically, I have a minor SLAP tear in my shoulder. I can probably do 80 or 85% of what I was doing prior to tearing it.

At this time, I don't think I want to spend the time and money getting the surgery since I don't think its that bad to where I need it. Just seems like more of a nuisance more than anything.

Any suggestions on if using certain peptides could maybe bring me back to close to 100% without getting the surgery?

I figured if the tear isn't that bad to begin with, then maybe I can potentially heal it since at this time it only feels like a minor injury.

Thanks yall!

Did you consider reading through the answers that were given to you for this same question you asked in August of 2021?

If it's still bothering you a year later I am pretty sure surgery is worth considering now. My advice if you DON'T wanna get the surgery is to cut out most pressing work, get rid of front lateral raises and if the pain affects the biceps tendon then cut out curls as well and be careful on rows/pulls. Deadlift your ass off, squat with SSB. If you desire, you can still bench press heavy with almost zero pain if you wear a bench shirt as many, many of the top guys in equipped switched due to shoulder issues and never looked back. Not uncommon to have a shoulder fucked up during raw work but still bench 405+ painlessly in a shirt or a real strong slingshot type product other than the ones Mark Bell sells which kinda fuckin suck.

Try a slight incline and a reverse grip bench. This basically eliminated my pain while benching with my AC joint injury
