Just wanted to show off my DEXA scan

Got a DEXA scan today after having one 3 months ago. Gonna continue to get them every quarter.



Loss of body fat in the off season! Total composition change of 10lbs between the readings. Coach wants 280 before we begin prep. But we got time cause show isn’t until summer 2024. He’s not one to push scale weight just to get there. Keep this up I’ll be Cbum by Christmas!

Oh and they changed the classic weight caps. I get an extra 5 pounds to 217 now!

Wow what an amazingly significant change in composition. By the looks of it, you should have no problem hitting that 280lb mark, hell shoot for 300lbs. Great work, I see a top 3 placing in your future

During this time it was 750 test 450 NPP 6iu GH and 3iu slin pre workout. Currently only on test, GH, and slin. Test is dropped to 375 for about the last 3 weeks.

Wow what an amazingly significant change in composition. By the looks of it, you should have no problem hitting that 280lb mark, hell shoot for 300lbs. Great work, I see a top 3 placing in your future

Yes sir, I definitely see that sword in your hands in the very near future. Those current numbers IMO will earn you that pro card no problem, 12.9%bf at 256lbs and 6' in height is incredible . I haven't done one these composition summaries in a couple years, but if I'm not mistaken my last scan results were 11%bf at 195lbs at a height of 5'11."
