I had a posterior labral tear in my shoulder and I (seemingly) healed it with BPC and TB.
This is what I did.

Back when Dragon Ordnance was actually delivering his orders without issues, he had the cheapest price for BPC and TB... I got like 5 vials of each.

Now the typically recommended dose with BPC is 250mcg twice a day. I doubled that for both. So I was taking 500mcg in the morning and 500mcg at night. Now that much BPC honestly just made me sleep over and over. Basically all I did for a week was sleep and eat. The TB500 though, that elevated my heart rate, made me feel very warm and I want to say it made me more awake. Same dosage though for TB500 500mcg in the morning and night.

I basically just turned myself into a junkie for like 1 week because all I did was hammer peptides, eat, and sleep. I'm telling you... at 185 pounds 500mcg of BPC knocked my dick in the dirt. I was zonked out.

A big piece of the puzzle most people miss in regards to injury healing is eating. To be more specific, a hyperinsulinemic environment will drastically improve all orthopedic recovery cascades. Whether you do this with a high carbohydrate diet, insulin usage, or both is up to you. Often times people try to heal injuries in a caloric deficit, but unfortunately even with peptides it's a bit of a fools errand. Just wanted to throw that out there, because I feel a lot of people overlook the nutritional side of things and think they can just throw more drugs at it.

That is an interesting point because during the time I am describing while I was healing, hammering BPC-157 and TB500, and sleeping.... I was unnaturally hungry. I would wake up from sleep, be crazy hungry, make myself the best meals I could, watch some tv, do more BPC and then go back to sleep.

I started to type out the long version but I said fuck it.

The short version.

Ran test and primo, went from doughy 185 to shredded 169, but I think my estrogen was really low because my joints were dry.... I tore my elbow (not full thickness tear) and healed it. Then I tore my shoulder doing a compound motion with a kettlebell (35lbs, curl up, press overhead, then dip down to target tricep while still overhead, 12 reps 5 sets). My dumbass did this as a warmup, felt a tweak, then went to the gym.

The next day my shoulder hurt enough it sucked to drive and turn the wheel. So I went to my ortho and he ordered an MRI, verified I had a posterial labral tear, he told me it's an elective surgery so just let him know what I wanna do. I told him I wanna wait and try a round of BPC-157 and he said "what's that".

Grabbed a bunch of cheap BPC-157 and TB500 from Dragon Ordnance and started doing absolutely nothing but eating sleeping, peptides, and healing. I wanna say 3 weeks of heavy peptide use (one of the lymph nodes on my pelvis actually swelled up a little during that time (which kinda freaked me out about cancer, but in hindsight I honestly think my lymph nodes were just filtering so much that they were a little taxed.)

So 3 weeks of peptides and after the fog of sleepiness wore off, I honestly felt pretty good. I waited about another month and then tried to lift... It felt tweaked (FUCK)

So I take more time off, maybe another month. And then I start thinking maybe my joints are still just dry as fuck and I know Deca provides some lubrication, so I jump on NPP. And it worked honestly. I started lifting light, no pain, and then I started to feel really strong and I honestly went from that 169lbs back up to 185lbs but I was thick, people started touching my arms and shit without asking.

Since then it has just felt better every day until it was normal. I never got the surgery. 0 pain. So I wanna say about 4 months before I was really on my feet again, and I mean really on my feet.. I was working construction without issues.

Oh I just rememebered this, I didn't have my HGH until after I finished all of my BPC-157 and TB500, I was taking HGH while I was on NPP, so take that into consideration.

But for everyone else's reference, the "verify" button is referring to the "Check transaction" button, which just allows you to check the status of your payment on the blockchain as it confirms (you don't have to do this, its optional). Just wanted to give a long review of the hgh from these guys. I did a short one a while back but I felt like a good write up is long overdue. First things first, great communication, great t/a, customer service is top notch.

I started around mid october with K4L Hgh. I bumped up my dose from 10iu a day up to 16iu a day. The first few days I did get a little water retention, but I expected that from such a big jump in dose. I noticed how full I look 24/7. I started around 205lbs and I’m 6’ 2”. The only thing I’m running is 200mg test c and 200mg primo e per week as well. Doing daily injections. Eating around 4000 cals a day. Working out 6 days a week for an hour each day plus stretching and light cardio.

My dosing protocol was 4iu am sub Q, 8iu IM (2iu in each muscle group working out bi laterally), and then 4iu sub Q pre bed. My sleep has been amazing. Being able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. Dreams have been vivid. I did gain a little water retention right away bc of how quickly I jumped up the dose. But it leveled off within 5 days. All of November and half way through December I ran 16iu.

In the middle of December I jumped up to 20iu. 6 iu sub Q morning, 8iu IM (bi laterally split into 4 muscles) pre workout, 6iu sub Q pre bed. I started using humalog ~ 3 days a week pre workout at only 6iu. 3iu bi laterally on lagging muscle groups. This jump up the only side effects I noticed this time were fat loss daily.

I take 5 grams of taurine daily, 400mg magnesium bisglycinate, 3g fish oil (1500 epa/1500 dha), 200 mg CoQ10 uniqinol, alcar and ala 400mg/200mg, vit c, b12/6. I take these different times throughout the day. With these supplements my blood pressure is 121/76 and I have no water, carpel tunnel or any negative sides.

As of 1/13/24 my weight is 230lbs. Body fat has gone up maybe a pound as I had bf tested prior and now. My muscles look 3d and my strength and recovery has skyrocketed. Based off of every factor I give credit to the GH that kits4less has. Not only has my physique changed dramatically, I feel amazing, recover better and sleep like a baby. I can’t wait to try the new 300iu kits too. And I know 20iu a day is a lot. I get blood work all the time and have a family member in the medical community so I get imaging as well too. I’ve never been healthier physically and on paper too.

Personally, I would treat it as if its a 150 IU kit just to make things less complicated. Use 1.5ml of bac water, and every .10ml will be = 1 IU. Everything will more or less average out over time
