This was right at 6 weeks on 3.5IU once a day before bed. Generally speaking I’m not a great responder for IGF in general and my baseline was only 140 about 6 months ago eating at maintenance calories. I’ve been in a deficit since starting my Supremes from K4L. The last two weeks sitting at a 1000 calorie deficit. I started these at 234lbs and am currently sitting at 217. To say I’m pleased is an understatement. Planning to keep dropping to 195-200 before my next blast and I’ll be increasing my dose to 6-8IU daily during my blast. I changed nothing and dosed my injection of 3.5 IU about two hrs prior to bloodwork. I really wanted to retain as much muscle as possible while cutting and it’s definitely done the job!

Thank you for sharing and thanks for all the context! Had you not given the context about your baseline IGF, and caloric deficit, these results would look lackluster, but given the context this is impressive!

Would you mind putting this in a thread under the "Bloodwork" section of SST? (Just so we can easily catalogue all these IGF results we are collecting)

Nice! Just placed my first order for some Supreme Kits... excited to give it a try. Just got some Meditrope black tops which are causing CTS, hoping the lower dimer in these will help.

I know it's not super-scientific, but anecdotes are all we have to go on. Please update on CTS.

I've tried a few sources and CTS seems to depend more on dose than vendor. Didn't notice a big diff with pharma vs UGL either (at same doses), so maybe I'm an outlier.

Baseline 140 (maintenance) -> 3.5 IU (1000 kcal deficit) -> 255 ng/mL

^seems pretty on par for the context. Maybe 300-400 if in maintenance, but 1000 kcal deficit is a big deficit.

I have the same view point personally. As much as I think all the theories behind dimer, pharma vs generic, etc are SUPER interesting, and I almost want them to be true, I haven't noticed it in my own biology. For me all retentive side effects seem to be entirely predicated on the confluence of dosage & duration of use, irregardless of the product's origin/characteristics (pharma, generic, low dimer vs no dimer). That said, there is many people with anecdotes to the contrary, and just like you said, anecdote is the best we've got as far as desciphering these somatropic mysteries..

PS: I have observed, in both myself and others, that PM bolus dosing of HGH seems to always cause slightly more retention than the same dose in the AM.

Ah, well, that's an interesting observation. Circadian rhythms or something.

Can't comment personally bc never done strict AM vs PM dosing protocols. Quickly went to divided doses.
