Foolishly we had a snowstorm in the Midwest and USPS said they left it at the door but put it in the mailbox so it sat in their for 5 days in below 0 temps (-10-20 where I am). My question is, it’s a powder now. Can I still use it or should I toss it?

I’ve had quite a few people reply and message me about how high I go with the hgh. A little backstory, I used to compete in mma and fought for about 5 years. Was going to turn pro and then I blew my back out, lost all feeling in my legs, right ankle had drop foot and was suicidal at one point. Fast forward 3 back surgeries, final one being a fusion, I now feel better than before. I use hgh bc of how it makes me feel. Esp with recovery, I don’t lift heavy weights but I’m 6’ 2” around 230lbs and last time I got tested i was 12% body fat. I stretch, do yoga, functional lifting and take care of myself. My blood work now is better than it’s ever been and I’m using more anabolics and peptides than prior. I don’t go very high with the AAS (400mg max of test and primo) but I do push peptides (hgh 15-20iu, sometimes more lol)and low amounts of insulin when needed. I feel better and 33 than I did at 19. More drugs work more. Whether or not once a week is enough for your particular needs/wants is very difficult for me to comment on without knowing your goal(s) with the compound and more info about you. That said, for general immune function/"health"/"longevity", 1-2x per week tends to be plenty.

As long as it's not exposed to extreme temperatures (particularly extreme heat), a very long time. However once you reconstitute it should absolutely stay refrigerated.

Can anyone tell me the "real" Protocol when it comes to how long I have to go without eating to first inject GH then how long I have to wait after injection before I can eat..? I tend to make it a 3 hour window. 1 hour prior, 2 hours after. But, I dose in the morning, on an empty stomach, so I'm at like 12 hours fasting prior. Take some liposomal glutathione, anavar and HGH + BPC-157 injection. About 20 mins later I'll walk on my treadmill for 30 just to get extra fat moving. About 2 hours in, I'll drink a shake of eaas/bcaas/glutamine/electrolytes/collagen protein.

When I first started taking HGH I was super regimented not taking around food. I used the same window mentioned below, 1 hour before, 2 hours after. Within 2 months, that got old quick, especially with a busy life. I experimented taking it around food and through blood glucose tests and paying attention to how the HGH effects changed with meal timing, I realized nothing changed at all lol. My lesson learned… timing is not so important as people make it out to be. For the past 2 months I’ve been taking the full dose right before bed, which I have found to be very effective given I work out first thing in the morning (5:30am).

Edit: I also started pinning IM as opposed to subq in those last 2 months. I much prefer IM over subq now.
