Minor swelling occasionally. Some days worse than others (likely sodium intake). I don’t take telamisartan. Thought about adding it in, but BP is 114/63, so not needed. I’d rather not add any other compounds if I don’t have to. I did get more swelling when I was taking 7iu before bed. I was also using Opti greys at that point, which I do love as well. I also inject IM as opposed to subq, not sure if that makes any difference.

It doesn't hurt to store it refrigerated unconstituted, but a cool/dark area is more than sufficient.

Reconstituted, it must be refrigerated of course.

Jw what made you switch from subQ to IM, just curious. I got a buddy that swears by IM injection for GH

Sorry for the delay. IM gives quicker peak concentration levels and higher localized IGF levels vs systemic. Also read a study IM has more bioavailability. Seems bro science-ish, but works for me. I feel my muscles are fuller with IM injections and usually inject the muscle I’m working (and/worked) for the day. I avoid pinning chest and legs though. Favorite sites are traps and lats and rear delts. Pinned biceps for the first time this week, will def remain in my rotation going forward.
