At 2iu I would expect 333. That is essentially a replacement dose for a male and 333 is the high end of most age ranges.

I save BCAAs and EAAs for when I'm doing anything morning fasted. Easy way to get protein intake with no calories to focus on lipolysis instead of catabolism. Even isopure whey would do the trick. Saves a ton of money too.

Not many. Currently; they don’t incentivize blood work for serum IGF.

We may consider changing this, although i'm not sure. I think we'd rather increase the incentive for Jano/similar lab testing. The biggest problem with IGF testing is if you just happen to be a low responder as far as IGF increase, it reflects poorly on the product even if the product is exceptional by all quantitative measures. That said, I definitely appreciate when people go out of their way to post IGF/Serum results.
