I havenāt, have you? Iāve heard itās a nice upgrade from Tirz as it agonizes not only GLP and GIP but also Glucagon.Have you tried it yet?
YesYes!
I havenāt either. The price has been kind of a deterrent since the dosing can go all the way up to 12mg but Iāve heard the same so Iāve been looking for anecdotal reports. Tirz has been working great so far though so Iāll wait until the price comes down and we get a reliable source.I havenāt, have you? Stick with Tirzepatide - I tried Reta from two sources on another board and I had the gastro side effects, felt like crap. So I switched back to Tirzepatide.I havenāt either. Mind sharing your dosing/stats/goals regarding tirz?Stick with Tirzepatide - I tried Reta from two sources on another board and I had the gastro side effects, felt like crap. So I switched back to Tirzepatide.
Everyone is different but as of right now I've not read many good reviews (yet). I'm going stick with the source I use for Tirzepatide now until @kits4less gets them in kits... I'll be waiting like a child on those $300 kits for 10, 10mg vials.
Well I'm early 30s, 6ft tall. If that matters. Haha.Mind sharing your dosing/stats/goals regarding tirz?
Supreme A 10 IU daily here. Getting an IGF-1 test done this week and will publish results soon. My 6 week average is only 5.4 IU though due to trips, etc. I'll be getting another test done in 6 weeks with a 6 week average of 10 IU to see the purest number. I'll then probably back off a bit... maybe...Running a previous batch right now, Deluxe C, and three weeks inā¦ Running 2-3IU, each morning as mentioned in previous post. The batch tested no. Dimer. Actually increased to 4 IU today, will see how my body reacts.
My sleep has improved significantly compared to the previous domestic source. I don't notice any sides. No water retention around ankles or legs. My skin is not as dry which I'm not sure if it's weather or the GH. Overall I feel great.
Sooooo at this point I have no plans to switch suppliers unless @kits4less refuses to sell me product (picking favourites). Kidding!
That's badass brotherā¦ seriously. I'm anxious to see your test. K4L is the real deal. Definitely everyone updated. I've never ran 10 IU daily... Only up to 6.Supreme A 10 IU daily here. At 10 IU, I have zero sides. No water retention, no numbing, no pain. Just gains.
Honestly I think it varies. Ummm I some significant water retention from a well known domestic source late 2023ā¦ my ankles were the worst and hands. Went away pretty quick but had high dimer which I'm not sure if there is a correlation. I think there's quite a few variables. What medium and long term affects have you all seen on the various dosages between 4, 6, 8 10 iu and up dosages? The saying goes āas much as you can tolerate and affordā. Assuming diet and training are spot on, what has been everyoneās experience?
Thanks man. More Interested in what benefits folks see on the increasing dosages? I probably worded that badly. Do you see a benefit from the higher dosages? If so what were they?Honestly I think it varies. Ummm I some significant water retention from a well known domestic source late 2023ā¦ my ankles were the worst and hands. Some people have joint pains and inflammation, at least I've read this on another forum. So maybe adding certain peptides to help reduce inflammation pain may help. I'm not sure.
For me, if I run 6 IU daily, mostly plant based diet low sodium, with no sidesā¦ I'm sticking with the supplier. My old guy skipped out due to some unforseen circumstances so I've shopped around over the past year until now.
No you're good. Skin, sleep, mood, healing are likely (don't quote me) some of the initial benefits. Libido benefits too. My anxiety has improved tremendously over the years after I started running GH. I've never had a bad experience so far as me saying screw this, I'm done. Thanks man. 2-3 IU daily is optimal for fat loss for many. Thanks man. More Interested in what benefits folks see on the increasing dosages? I probably worded that badly. Do you see a benefit from the higher dosages? If so what were they?
Many would suggest it'd equate to 5 IU of name brand. I'm planning on doing a 120 day high dose run of $$$ name brand to compare both labs and experience to k4l and suspect afterward I'll feel like I wasted my money.I guess itās time to buy some gh. I would just use 5iu before bed. Economy would prob relate to 2-3iu of the good stuff
