This isn’t really a complaint. What is your concern and did you reach out to them at their correct email address first?

I know I have the correct email I actually received an order. Then I ordered again and got some song ad dance about Lacey being in the hospital and never received my next order and lost a good chunk of money

I’m just trying to help. Forward me the chain and we’ll see what happened. If you think we scammed you then email the mods and they’ll address it. Those are your only 2 options.

Has anyone else had issues with this company?

They were a little bit slow to respond at first, but they did get back to me in a reasonable timeframe and my order was received. Their packaging was great so far & all is good. They were both very nice people, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend trying them again. Life can be hard on everybody. Who knows maybe they were going through something
