No wonder Lee priest said he was suicidal when he first was competing in USA lol.... (he loves deca)
I ditched the stupid fucking npp two days ago and doubled my test. Today my mind and thoughts are finally beginning to be normal. God damn it, they always said test is best but now I know. early on in my BnC gear experience I had ignorantly expected that every steroid was something that could be at least be fun to use but tbh everything besides test mast and anavar has fucked me over one way or another. At least my hairline is indestructible lol.

Hey guys. New to sst. I've used deca in the past..being older it's definitely helped with joint pain. Does npp offer the same?

Hey I saw you were running 450 npp a week I believe for your off season? I'm curious if nandrolone side effects (anxiety, impotence specifically) are gauranteed for everyone? I'm running 500 test and 300 npp, the npp for about 5 weeks now. I'm waiting for side affects but haven't really noticed anything yet.

Been a couple years since I ran NPP and about 10 years since I ran deca. I think my upcoming cycle is going to be 750 test/300-400 npp/300-400 mast

I've always had mental struggles and was heavily into my alcoholism the past 10 years. Maybe I was just chronically depressed and never noticed any "mental" sides from the NPP, but now that I am 100% clean and sober, I am looking forward to this cycle and how I react. I will update sides whether positive or negative when I hit this cycle.

Definitely not guaranteed. I don't find myself with any of the issues you mentioned but I don't get many side effects with gear as it is for anything I'm on.

Maybe it's just me, but I injected 25 mgs of npp one time and for the next 3 days I felt like my heart was gonna stop. It's like my blood was thick or something. It would only really happen when I was going to sleep or waking up. Scared the hell outta me, haven't touched it since.

Alright I’ll be the first, have ran npp two times one of them being the bulk I’m on atm.

400 test e
200 npp
250 mast e

First bulk was 500 test and 300 npp but I decided to lower the dose ages because of adding mast. Plus I haven’t seen “less” progress comparing this bulk to last bulk other than the food I’m eating is cleaner and the mast makes me more dry.

I don’t take prami or caber, just 300mg p5p. So I don’t really get limp dicked but my nips are still a little puffy and nandrolone definitely makes me lethargic except when I’m in the gym. Also weird jealousy stuff in my head with my gf but I can usually just remind myself it’s the 19-nor fucking with my head a little.

also definitely switching to deca next bulk, I fucking hate pinning ED I switched to subq after 8 weeks. But I’d suggest anyone start with npp subq is the way to go if you running like 300mg or under and see how it affects you. I can see how 19-nors can fuck with peoples heads. I’ve never tried tren but I could only imagine lol.

Edited: oh yeah gains I forgot to write that.
Last bulk started at 180 got up to 215 (not clean diet)
This bulk I started at 175 which is the leanest I’ve ever been around 10% and I’m at 187 in 8 weeks. eating the cleanest I ever had now.

And lifts so far they’ve gone up about 10 lbs maybe 15 on some the biggest being shoulder press I’m up to 100s, last bull I only got up to 90s. I usually don’t go insanely heavy or for PRs but I can tell things are lighter I guess is a good way to put it haha.
How tall are you? I'm 5'7 and just added deca to my cycle. I'm struggling to get past 180lbs without eating till I'm fat

bloodwork, then ralox or asin as needed, caber if progesterone gets high. only .25mg 2x/week max for that. Almost always take TUDCA on cycle.

Would NAC be fine or what differentiates tudca?

tauroursodeoxycholic acid is a bile salt, which helps cleanse and keep the liver functioning very well. I take NAC daily too, not NAD+. TUDCA is straight liver support.

Ran 400mg Deca Solo for 8 Weeks,. Call it retarded or whatever you want but that's just what I did no changing that

Even on just this dose I made some pretty good fucking gains. Arms blew up like no tomorrow, considering I was coming off a summer vacation of 3 weeks of no lifting and shit eating and I looked like a twink. Deca brought me back in no time. Amazing for muscle building.

Now for the sides. Some good and bad parts; Good, Almost no physical sides(except one which ill get too) 0 hair loss, 0 acne, not lethargic etc. However, it shriveled my dick, like seriously. I thought I'd be able to avoid this since I ran it without test but considering I already had really low E2 before I started(9.8) It wasn't a great idea to touch this compound at all I don't think.

Overall I think if you can manage your e2/libido I don't think there's tons of downsides to running this solo. but assuming you take a normal route expect a lot of muscle building.
