Nick Walker out of Olympia

You guys see his hamstring tear?! Looks nasty af. As much as I dislike him I hope he recovers. Sucks to happen less than a week out. Maybe he was too dry. Obviously speculation.

Lots of predictions now out the window. I see Derek, Samson, and Hadi in that order. Hadi only had a year IMO unfortunately. Got lucky with Ramy not brining his A game.

Saw this today. Wow. He was already down in florida to. That video nick posted today on his IG got me pretty emotional. Sucks to see this happen to a top 3 guy. I hope to see him recover n come back strong.

I originally had Derek, Nick, Samson top 3 in that order, but I have to agree with u on Derek, Samson, Hadi now. And also agree Hadi was a 1 year winner kinda like a Dexter Jackson but Hadi also hasnt posted much in updates, Hany probly has him absolutely dialed.

I really believe Derek is going to win several Olympias as long as he brings his A game every year. He will be battling for 1 and 2 with Samson for the foreseeable future IMO.

Was terrible to see, really killed the Olympia for me. Derek will win no doubt but I think that Hadi from the rear is enough to keep Samson out of the top 2.

All said and done, I don’t think he’s a good ambassador for the sport with the attitude and the look. He shouldn’t have placed 3rd last year, let alone this year at all.

To be honest though I workout w a guy who is one of my good friends and gets prescribed TRT 80 mg a week & is at 990 on his test (6’3” 245 lbs too). Sometimes I feel like we are too quick to compare ourselves & how we react to a dosage to these genetically elite pros, and call BS on what they take and don’t take.

Personally I don’t take what anyone says seriously as far as dosage, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they take less than you think.

As far as nick getting hurt, you could really tell how hard it was for him to come this far & have to pullout this close to the O. I personally am not the biggest fan of nick. Used to like him more when he was w raw & hosstile, but his forearm tat (loyalty) don’t particularly match his actions which makes you lose respect for a guy. 100% a freak bodybuilder & he’s short as shit in person. Met him at the Arnold classic in Columbus & he has some of the freakiest arms I’ve seen personally. Always been a Samson, James hollingshead, and (Luke Sandoe before he passed) fan myself even when he was getting beat.

I hope samson wins, but he’s going to have to have made some significant progress from the back & come in a condition that nobody’s seen from him to pull it off in my opinion. I know Milo’s said he has him on only 3 whole eggs for his first meal which is pretty nuts… 210 calories for a 300 lb man lol.

Nonetheless I am excited to see the show & how everyone shows up this year.

You're crazy dude if you go pose for pose Nick was beating everyone below him in the back shots, as well as the side tricep, most muscular, and front double. He also beat Curry and Samson in the side chest however Ramy beat Nick in the side chest. Nick on his own doesn't look special but in the mandatories he beats a lot of the first call out.

Off thread topic but I think this is Lunsford’s year. I started to see his potential after his 2nd place finish last year coming straight from 212. He can win multiple if he continues to push at the pace he’s on.
