Very frustrated at the moment with Opti. I’m not one to complain on forums because I know everyone has their own issues but I need to share my grievance.
I placed my order on May 31st, and immediately after payment I received a confirmation that my order had been paid/confirmed, and 9 minutes after that confirmation I received an email that said my order had been processed.
While i might have been impatient, i replied on June 3rd to the processing complete email asking if tracking would be supplied when the package was shipped.
No reply.
I reached out on June 6th, in a separate email chain i had with opti asking what the status was, I immediately received a reply from opti asking what my order number was. I replied back right away with my order number, and it’s been radio silence since.
I’m not at all expecting amazon next day delivery, at all. I would consider myself somewhat understanding as my dad is a shipping manager and shit happens, but at least communicate the issue with me. Just a bit frustrated, i’m sure there’s good reason for the delay, all i want is to be communicated with.
