So I placed an order today on pharma and bought what i needed in the time limit it gave me. I sent the bitcoin and i went to check on it about an hour later and my order was cancelled. Not sure why. So i checked my cash app and never got any notification on being refunded.

They haven’t contacted me about anything. I didnt even know my order was cancelled until i look at the site.

Not true. Visit their contact page again. I found an email to reach out to within 5 seconds of viewing their source page.

Our web store is the fastest way your order will be processed . Its very easy to use , just load your cart with the products you want, go to checkout, choose what crypto you want to pay with and you can either copy and paste the address and amount or scan the barcode. I recommend scanning the barcode. There are times when the site may not recognize the order, simply because of BTC fluctuation . If payment ends up being 5% more or less then the order amount , or if it takes to long to go through it could cancel the order . This is not an issue . allow payment to go through, email us with the order # and name on the account and we can easily find the payment and change it to processing . We check every order manually anyway.

It's fair to hold sources accountable, but you've got a part to play in making transactions go smoothly as well.

Yeah I had a order fall off even though the transaction happened before time ran out!

All you do is email them and they will check then put your order through.

Just when you order always go back a hour or two to double check. Don’t let the order fall off your posted orders or it gets a lot more complicated! Learned from experience
