Possibly torn shoulder. Healing and Joints?

I was doing a kettlebell workout and I think I might have torn my shoulder. It's not too fucked up, I feel it getting better, but when I put my arm down by my side and then move it back I feel pain in my rotator cuff area in the back of my delt.

I am not lifting at all on that arm, and I am scheduling an MRI with my ortho, but is there anything I can do to speed up healing?

I have been looking at NPP, but I know that's not really for healing. I feel like you guys will probably tell me HGH or BPC-157, but both of those take a long time to get real effect... Is there any AAS that can help? What about anavar?

Is it worth it to try NPP or anavar to try to speed up healing? If I have no tear or it's just a partial thickness tear, then my ortho will tell me to just heal it.

Thanks for any help.

Unless 1-2 weeks is too long, BPC and tb500 is not long at all..

1 or 2 weeks was not my experience with BPC-157 and TB500 for my torn elbow.

Maybe I got garbage peptides. Where do you recommend getting some that won't cost me a ton of money?

I have heard that Var can help heal tendons and joints but have not tried it myself.

Until you get the MRI you won't know what you're dealing with.

Rotator cuff is a complex joint and if one of the tendons is completely torn it's not gonna heal.

Obviously it's one of the worst injuries to try to rehab and I can tell you as someone that has torn mine that I have suffered with it for more than 6 years now. When I first did it I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder, couldn't even turn a door knob without pain. I have done lots of stabilizing exercises either with bands or cable pulley, but I can't lift heavy over my head, so no incline presses, shoulder presses. Pulling exercises don't hurt it at all.

We all screw our shoulders up eventually as we age, and many of us just live with it. Rotator cuff surgery sucks big time, arm in the sling for quite a few weeks and even then you'll never be 100%.

So warning to everyone, take care of your shoulders, be gentle and go up in weight really slow because once you mess your shoulder up it's for life.

Time and patience sadly is your friend here. It can heavily depend on the tear, or strain and severity you are dealing with. 2-4 weeks off it, is a safe way to start. But if its ruptured cartilage or torn ligaments, could be much longer, or potential surgery. I tore my hamstring above my knee and connecting through my calf. 12 weeks no legs, no cardio. I can walk thats it.

In terms of gear "healing" some like (oxandrolone) anavar can increase tendon and ligament strength. But this would be more effect to prevent an injury, than recover from it. Your best bet is to see what your dr. Says and take some rest time.

Glad you're getting an MRI and working with a Dr. Healing can be frustratingly slow with shoulders. HGH definitely expedites healing and does take a while to work, but you might have some time on your hands. Id step away from the weights until you get your MRI results and start working with a physical therapist. Sorry this happened to you. Good luck.

I hurt my shoulder doing standing shoulder press.
Couldn’t raise my arm above shoulder height to wash my hair, put on a shirt, etc. I added NPP to my cycle and it was like a miracle happened. I know it sounds crazy but it worked. I thought it was going to require surgery.
Just thought I’d throw that out there.

Will add on that reverse grip incline bench has allowed me to actually bench!

I cannot even do the bar on a normal or decline bench at all. I will literally almost drop the bar on my head in pain. But a reverse grip decline works for some reason. I have almost zero pain with the reverse grip. I can do normal bench with reverse grip but I do feel it some. A 30° incline almost totally alleviates any pain.

I pinned BPC after gyno surgery, It worked pretty well.
If you have the cash, try BPC, TB, and HGH. See how it works for you.
Most importantly, I would stop doing the movement that injured you, at least until it's healed.
