Was naturally on the higher end of the range

Primo and test have brought them up my rbc is slightly over range around 6.3 and my hematocrit is 5.39 at the very top of range.

What is best method to alleviate this? Was looking at power red with Red Cross?

The Red Cross says once every 2 months. If it is elevated would it make sense to use two different organizations and go monthly?

I don't donate. I just watch Iron intake from processed foods. Take 40mg telmisartan a day. And keep my cardio up. Those things seem to keep my RBC/hematocrit in range.

IP6 is a supplement that can help, allegedly.

Donating can also cause your ferratin levels to bottom out and doesn't seem to reliably drop RBC/hematocrit consistently.

You probably won’t have to do it that often but you can always donate and then get a CBC at some point if you think you may need to donate again.

Man I am the complete opposite of you. Dont seem to matter what cycle I run, or how much red meat I eat, my iron levels are always coming back low or Even alert low.

I buy my beef by 1/2 at a time from a local farmer, always take vitamin C w every red meat meal (supposed to help iron absorption) testosterone is never under 1000 NG/DL. I take b12 complex supplements daily along with B12 shots 2-3 times a week, and still very low for the past 4-5 labs I’ve gotten done.

Today I did legs, and I think my oxygen carrying capacity is pretty bad from low iron to spite me doing at least 130-150 BPM cardio 20 mins 5x a week. I had to hit my inhaler just to feel ok after a hard hack set which usually don’t happen.

I think I gotta do what I probably should have for a while now and talk to the doc about getting some iron administered IV unless someone else has another suggestion?

Don’t mean to steal your thread man, I just wish I had your issue about the high RBC & hematocrit that way I would have a way to do something about it. However i’m just at a loss of idea on what to do with my current situation.

I never had anything out of range before primo and now it is slightly out of range and i donated nothing extreme.

Do you run primo or something that produces more rbc? I believe primo eq and possibly mast all do that. From what i understand eq is the least safe out of the 3

I’ve ran em all. Nothing raised it out of low range unfortunately. I’ve never ran more than 600 EQ, 700 primo, and 600 mast, but I feel as if that should have been plenty to make those numbers go up. I know for anemia patients they’ve prescribed them a pretty hefty dose of anadrol, but I’m not about to go doing that. For some reason my body just won’t absorb the iron which plays a pretty important role.

How was your hair responding to all that? I am running fin with 450 test rn and no shedding, also have 450 primo and i just use nizoral shampoo for minor scalp itch.

I got minor scalp itch like you, nothing crazy. I shed the most when running the mast personally. I have some signs of a recession in hairline, full coverage all over thinner in some areas more than others.
However my brother is 5 years younger than I am & he’s significantly receding, and has a large bald spot on top of his head with zero AAS use so, I think I’m doing pretty good. He says it’s because he has kids & I don’t lol.

i believe it.. kids are more taxing on the body than anabolics lol

I was hesitant to try mast due to a huge number of reports with hair loss

Just read up on iron deficiency quickly. It says its due to a lack of red blood cells that is really odd 600 primo did not help. I guess the only option is eating some specific things and supplementation

Yeah I’m beyond eating all the specific foods m. I’ve even had my butcher grind up liver which is very high in iron into my ground beef. I’ve tried using actual iron as a supplement. Thinking I’ll need to probably get an iron infusion.

Cardio, hard cardio. Hydration. Nattokinase 4000fu morning and night. And stop taking vitamin c
