Bruh you're eating a crazy amount of fat. Ever think about lowering your fat intake and increasing your carbs? You'll likely grow better.

Also you're doing a crazy amount of volume for your workouts. You've referenced Dorian Yates a few times, have you tried his Blood and Guts routine? Backing the volume off you'll probably grow better also.

The amounts or portion sizes of the carbs are a lot as I eat tons of rice and so on with my meats .
Yes I alternate between strict Yates hit program at times and then Layne nortons phat program . My routine I used for the past 2 months has been more like Yates in Methodology. When I return however to the gym I am switching to Layne nortons ideology of phat training as listed in the program i made for myself as I am hoping to have all the anabolic items I mentioned when I return .

Okay but what is tons? Like... 300g of cooked rice per meal or... 400g?

If you want to use insulin you're going to have to have this stuff measured exactly and keep tabs on your blood glucose between meals and fasting in the AM.

If you're eating this many carbs though you should probably lower fat. For performance and longevities sake.

Human bodies don’t do well on fat plus insulin. When we naturally eat fats, our bodies don’t produce much insulin. Insulin and high fat diet will make one fat.

Observation

I am 42 5’9 216 lbs . I was running 600 mg sus. 300 tren e . The yk11. Those are the anabolics I have ran currently

My workout partner is 56 . 5’9 256 lbs . He just runs 150 mg trt .

I noticed when we do my sumo machine posterior workout.

He went up to his max since we have worked out together of 525 lbs for 3 reps which I was very proud of him .

I did my max currently that day of 750 x 1 rep .

We did back thereafter .

When we met today he said bro my legs and ass are hella sore . Especially my inner thighs .

I on the other hand felt no soreness whatsoever.

But I tend to never get sore except maybe my quads when I do high rep squats .
