Sleepy from HGH

So I just started taking 2.5 IU hgh in the morning before my fasted cardio for optimal fat loss last week. Ever since I started I have been able to fall asleep at any given moment throughout the day. Why?

super common problem. i haven't had it happen but I've heard many reports of it. from what I've read, you can try starting with a lower dose and slowly building up or maybe just dosing before bed. not sure about the "why" though.

I always thought most dudes dosed prebed so they didn't get all that lethargy during the day.

I’ve been taking first thing in the morning before fasted cardio to enhance fat loss

I never fast unless im sleeping. I take my gh when I get up to pee at about 3 am,. For convenience, I pre load the syringe before bed and set it in a chilled insulin pouch on the bathroom sink beside a pop up container of alcohol wipes to I can literally inject in my sleep.

From my understanding the tiredness is due to its effects on blood sugar. What completely removed it for me is i pin 2 hours before training then have a meal 40 minutes after my pin then I don’t eat until my post workout meal which about 4 hours in total after my hgh shot. Hgh causes insulin resistance about an hour after you pin and lasts 4-5 hours maybe longer depending on dose and person. Something to try

I take it before bed and have noticed that when I wake up it’s harder to get up and out of bed (groggy) but once I do I’m energized and good to go. I wonder if anyone else has that same effect.

No idea why this happens but I guess its a good sign you got real hgh?
