I just received the phishing email.

Hmm idk how they would have gotten my email because I literally only revived my protonmail (sitting dormant for years) just to place an order this month. My proton mail address isn’t public anywhere and has only been used (in the last 5 years) to send message to AxleLabs.

Have you ever clicked on any links sent to your email and then put your login info after clicking those links? Regardless, make a new email and never click any links sent to your email.

First pin on your 200mg npp, 1ml, and pretty bad pip 24hrs later. No fever or anything like that. Been pinning 5 years so not virgin muscle and didn't feel it hit a nerve going in.

Is this common with the npp 200mg? I usually use 100mg ml.

What's the percentage of bb you use in it?

Just trying to nail down why I got pip. I've used npp 150 from another vendor and no pip

Thanks! And no, the only use of that email address was just our conversation back and forth from the day of my order (the 11th), no links or even other emails to that address from any sender in 5 years+. My SST username here is similar to my email though, so could have just been a good guess.

Apologies! For some reason I just saw your message. It is 2/20 BA/BB which is standard and should not be the reason for PIP.

I haven't had any complaints at all on the NPP 200. In fact, I'm actually running that myself currently.

I can see the higher concentration causing some people some pain, but should be tolerable by most. Have you used MCT based products before? I'm wondering if the carrier oil could be giving you issues.

Yes I've used mct for many years. 2nd pin gave pip too. One in quad one in right vg and got pip both times.

Yeah I think it's the high concentration short ester. No need for a replacement bro, I appreciate the offer though. Its not too bad, just noticeable

First off, I want to compliment the packaging and delivery time. They were both spot on.

Next, I'll compliment the product. I picked up 4 bottles of 300 mg EQ around 6 weeks ago and I was finishing up some product from another vendor before I started Axle's, and I'm not disappointed with it at all. Not that it matters much, but the color is beautiful. I always like to see lighter colored EQ. I haven't gotten anything resembling the slightest bit of PIP. It pins very smoothly. I'd definitely say that it's comparable to a couple other well trusted and highly reputable vendors from here and another site. I'm making steady strength and physique gains and I feel great on it. Overall, it's an extremely nice product and I would recommend it to others.

There is one complaint/suggestion and one thing I hope to see in the future, because I would like to purchase from Axle again.
  • The complaint: I'm on my second bottle, and after 4 sticks in the last bottle and 4 sticks in this bottle, I started getting trash in the vials, even though I'm using 21 or 23 gauge needles for my draws. With that being said, maybe invest in some better rubber, brother. I had to toss my last injection of the last bottle because it had to much junk in it. I'm not bitching, because the product is good, just some constructive criticism.
  • One thing I would like to see in the future: Fill the bottle on up some more! One of the things I love most about a few of the other vendors (I won't mention names) is that they fill a 12 ml vial damn near about to the point where they can't put anything else in there. That little bit of extra juice means a lot to me when I see it.
The product is what matters most to me, though and it is quality stuff. Thanks again. I will definitely be ordering again.

That's bad. I hope you grabbed a pic before, as I imagine Axle would have loved to see. I know you well enough to know you are definitely telling the truth. I did run one of his NPP, and no stopper issues.

Haven't seen anyone else say anything about them either. I wonder if this was an early run of different stoppers. Would love Axles thoughts.

I figured he would, so I kept the bottle, but My wife threw the bottle away thinking it was garbage.....

I don't want you to think I am in any way, shape, or form seeking any type of compensation or anything like that, because that is not the case at all. @T&H knows me well and can vouch that I don't run those types of games. I don't want you to think of me that way either, because I do plan on being a repeat customer. I just want to help you look out for your business and the safety of the other customers, because you do offer a great product. It would just be ashamed to see something negative happen on account of a few bad pieces of rubber.

I'll be sure to stick this bottle away somewhere safer when I get done with it so I can send you pictures.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad you're happy with the product.

The vials we use actually hold more than 12mL and we are filling near 12mL for the vials but even 12mL won't fill the vials to the brim because of the size of the vials we use.

As for the stoppers, I will research tonight and upgrade the stoppers. It's odd that others aren't having the issue of stoppers fraying but regardless I will upgrade them for peace of mind. And yes, pics always help! So please email me a pic next time it happens. Thanks again for the feedback + constructive criticism.

Totally makes sense as to the vial size. I compared it to a couple others I have and yours are shorter but wider in diameter. Disregard my suggestion then....or you can just keep filling those up too!! ;):) haha.

I will shoot you a picture of this bottle when I'm almost done with it, so you can see what I'm talking about. Being willing to upgrade off my word says a lot, but I will get you those pictures. Once again, you have a great store, brother, and I'm very happy with the end product. You run great sales. Can't wait to test some more products in the future. Take care, man.

Can you post the pictures here for transparency sake? I have not had an issue with his vial stoppers.
