What are your thoughts for weight loss ?



Tirzepatide, or Semaglutide?



The last year I’ve been battling chronic cluster headaches and a few really bad injuries. I’d like to drop some weight before getting back on the wagon. I’m on TRT so blasting and cruising is easy me - any suggestions ?



I’d like to drop around 25 to 30 pounds.

My typical recommendation is to start with Semaglutide at 0.25mg per week, tapering up by 0.25mg every 2 weeks as side effects permit and appetite necessitates. For example if you start at 0.25mg per week and find the appetite suppression is sufficient, don't increase the dose. Similarly if you get up to 0.5mg but you're feeling nauseous, hold at this dose for a little longer before ramping up further.

They're usually quite well tolerated compounds so you aren't going to be making a terrible decision if you decide to go Tirzepatide first instead, and they share a similar side effect profile with the biggest nuisance tending to be nausea, though rarely enough to bug most people at introductory doses.

Prior I have been using Delatesryl from the pharmacy and am using the same amount, same needle size and same injection spots (delts). Im on that same test as we speak and i shoot up to 3ml per shot and I never get PIP from it, the only PIP i got from his line was from the MIG but recently I found a way to make that go away as well.

1. first off, try and avoid shoulders as much as you can, shoulders are full of nerves, blood vessels etc.. stick with larger muscle groups as much as you can.

2. pre-injection prep, make sure you only scrub the area with an alcohol swab you will be using for injection.

3. let the alcohol dry completely before injecting

4. im sure you know the drill of using a larger gauge needle to pull the oil into the syringe and then switch to the gauge you will
use to inject with. I draw with a 18 gauge, pin with a 22

5. *important steps* when you inject make sure you go slowly when entering the muscle, this way if you feel something funny you can back up and try again slowly or might have to change sites all together if your on a nerve etc

6. *key point* Have you ever notice a nurse aspirate (pull back on syringe) before injecting, the answer is NO....hitting a blood vessel is 1 thing (it happens) but actually injecting into 1 is very rare, so once you get down to the needles end start injecting slowly, aspirating can make things worse to be honest.

7. this is the step which I believe made the biggest difference, this is not factual but in my case it has worked and it still works.
I used to use a 23 gauge 1" needle for most of my injections because I felt I was lean enough to enter into the muscle far enough but I did not account for something.. in some readings I did online about injecting AAS it says "For deep intramuscular use only" I noticed the word deep so I decided to use a 1.5" needle on all of my injections even on shoulders.

This works for me, like I said there is no factual scientific evidence to back up this claim but only personal experience, for those
struggling with PIP its worth giving this a shot..

p.s. I forgot to mention, never use an alcohol swab post injection, use a dry swab for post injection, the alcohol is only good for killing off anything while entering.

Just an update. The Deus has been in constant contact with me throughout trying to understand where I might have went wrong and how he could help me.
This is a guy who cares deeply for customer service and quality of his products. Although this lab was my first venture into the UGL scene he came highly rated and I can see why.
For now I will stick to my regular TRT shots but in future if I do decide to blast I will definitey order from him again.

This review is a bit overdue but I’ve been meaning to write one for awhile now. I’ve ordered from Deus on a couple separate occasions over the last few months and both times dealing with him were, what I can only describe as, “an absolute pleasure.”
First and foremost I’ll just get this out of the way as I basically goes without saying, his products are absolutely top shelf. Quality gear all the way through and excelent prices to match. I’m a big fan of his use of Miglyol 840 (I’ve used his Summit GSO as well) and have included a little write up about it as to help people understand what it is and why it is the best carrier oil.
Aside from the quality of his product, what puts Deus far ahead of most of the other labs is his AAA+ customer service. He went out of his way to help me sort out how I could make payment with him and have even just done CIM with zero issues. Beyond that he has went far out of his way to help accommodate the items that I needed and even went so far as to take special time, when I’m sure he was super busy, to get my order put together as we discussed. I can’t say enough good things about how great his customer service is, and even just how great of a person he is to converse with over email.

You cannot go wrong ordering anything from Deus Pharmaceuticals

The use of Miglyol 840 by Deus Pharmaceutcals puts them a step above:
Miglyol 840 (Propylene Glycol Dicaprylocaprate) is by far the best carrier oil in my opinion. There are a lot of misconceptions about it and people saying they get reactions/pip from it (I think this comes from people confusing it with EO or when it also contains Guaiacol) This just isn’t the case both from my experience and from the scientifi/technical data behind he excipient. It was developed from MCT oil and Miglyol 840 is the liquid lipid raw material consisting of propylene glycol esters of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acids. MCT oil contains the C8 & C10 fatty acids (which are more beneficial in terms of health) but at low ratios and along with longer fatty acids like C12. Miglyol 840 was developed specifically as excipient carrier oil for injections by a top German Pharmaceutical company that specializes in excipient. it is because of this that it was designed to have a greater solubility and therefore hold higher concentrations of hard to dissolve compounds (allowing less need for large amounts of cosolvents and/or ’super solvents’ like EO & Guaiacol). It has a lower viscosity than almost any other carrier oil allowing it to flow much easier through small gauge needles (I’ve used a 29g insulin syringe without issue). Miglyol was also designed to be more antiseptic than regular carrier oils and along with that it doesn’t have the same propensity to oxidize when exposed to air and/or heated too high which also reduces its likelihood to go rancid over time (both of these last two things are problems with GSO). All in all, Miglyol 840 is the best carrier oil around hands down, there is just confusion in the PED world about what it is. I feel like too many people think that it is like EO, or even when they get gear with that or Guaiacol in it they attribute the issues that can occur with either of those solvents to the Miglyol. There is no scienti evidence, nor reason for Miglyol to cause pip or anything else anymore than MCT oil or GSO, if anything it should be the opposite.
I hope this will help clear up some of the issues, misconceptions, along with false and anecdotal information that has been floating around. I’ve even attached a file as well as just the link that is from the company who developed Miglyol.
