It's easy once you've done 1 or 2. For semaglutide I'll give you 2 options:

1. Add 1mL of Bacteriostatic water to give you a solution of 4mg/1mL (4mg/mL). If you want to draw 1mg, you'd just draw 0.25mL. If you want 0.25mg, just draw 0.0625mL. Much easier with an insulin syringe.

If you feel those measurements are too small for drawing, you can:

2. Add 2mL of Bacteriostatic water to give you a solution of 4mg/2mL (2mg/mL). If you want to draw 1mg, you'd just draw 0.5mL. If you want 0.25mg, just draw 0.125mL.
