Some orders are taking a bit. Seems like the distribution centre in Germany is taking a huge load and therefore a bit delayed.

Anyone order from them recently? Any issues? Ordered recently and interactions haven’t sat well with me. Maybe it’s just paranoia, but their response time is unusually slow from the last couple of times I’ve ordered from them.

You getting responses from Jade on email? She answers 24/7.

Other than that, messaging me directly of course takes a slower time frame as I’m busy stocking and handling the overall business.

I just ordered from Dragon last week, order arrived today neatly packaged. First ever order from them so I was nervous at first but then once payment went through and stairs went to shipped I knew I was cool.

I was all set to drop a big order and was stunned at current S&H costs. I know most vendors have had to increase their rates some, but I thought DO’s was excessive. Cancelled and placed my order with another provider.

Placed an order about 4 days ago from Turkish Pharma and it still has yet to ship. Im hoping the DHL Express shipping speed is legit and comes by next week because I am out of product. I will update.

Combining things in the shop do lead to increased costs. International shipping is usually $50, but if you begin to add turkish pharma (comes from turkey) then its 35, and so on and so forth, if you add the finished products, the stealth is way different, so it’d have to be a different package as well.

But anyway, always contact me if you ever need a discount or want an explanation of shipping prices. Because I believe my shipping prices are equivalent to the other raw providers out here ($50)

Hey, quick update. I messaged DO I believed on Saturday and they got back to me fairly quickly. They reassured me and let me know that international tracking orders are not updating properly do to Covid, which is understandable and that my package was still on track. My order has been saying “Preparing Package” for about 6-7 days so it made me fairly nervous. Today I woke up with the tracking number and a shipped confirmation. I will be posting in the T/A section once package is received!

I ordered $1K+ in Turkish Pharma 10/1 and my pack has not been received. Went to a sorting center in Germany and hasn’t moved since. Never had an issue on several orders before this. Be aware of other shipping options (EMS) and the reality of the no reship/refund policy. I was not aware of either before ordering and I now regret it. I know I’m not the only one that’s had issues with DHL lately.

@Ctstrength I just got a pack literally yesterday that I ordered in late September through a different vendor. It went from India to Singapore then sat in Germany for what seemed like ages. Hopefully yours comes through.
