I can’t speak for others, but with ED pinning sometimes you’ve gotta get creative in the rotation. Biceps, triceps, lats, traps, calves… they all work, and if your gear is good and you pin is small you’ll never notice.
I do my cyanocobalamin (E3D) in my biceps, usually. Never had a problem, and it takes all of thirty seconds. My shoulders and thighs cannot tolerate the cyanocobalamin for some reason, always gives me a welt and PIP. Never does in the biceps.
