Has anyone gotten a response to an email? I ordered and paid in 1/12. Got automated emails saying my payment was received. Another one that it was shipped. I asked for tracking info and have heard nothing and still don’t have my pack.

I know you've heard it a million times before but I have been with Han for 6 yrs. and Im not going to order from him until this all settles down.. One.. two or 6 months I dont care.. how long it takes but hes not getting my business at this point

No not an emergency. I’ve ordered from Han before and had no problems. I didn’t even see the posts of what’s going on until after I ordered. I’ve always had good service. How do I reach the moderator team?

I ordered 1/12 and got my pack today.

I just wanted to post and say that my pack arrived today and everything is accounted for. So despite only automated communication my order was fulfilled as expected.

Been using Naps for while now and had a friend insist I order from Hunter instead. Placed order on 01/06. Hunter sent shipped status on 01/11 and then never replied to any emails. Not sure what’s going on as I’ve heard he is normally very responsive but it did have me a bit scared as I hadn’t seen my package for 12 days after it shipped. I assume this was due to the weather in some states slowing shipping down but I did receive my order yesterday. Was packed nicely and I am happy with the quality of products.

Once again I have received my order that was placed on 01/06 for anyone that is worried about placing an order.

I've placed multiple orders from Hunter and always got my gear within the specific time and very securely packaged. I have not sent anything out for testing but results have been in line with expectations. His GH kits are excellent too btw.

Edit: Five orders specifically, most recently Dec 2023.

I’ve been ordering for years but I’ve tried emailing multiple times to get ahold of him to order.
Over the 6+years Han has never let me down
