I had the same issue using Coinbase. It made me wait 12-14 days to send bitcoin for some reason. It might be because it was my first time using it but it was annoying either way. Tito is the guy who actually deals with the orders so he’s the one you should be dealing with, only use the email listed in this thread!!!!
I placed my order and got the tracking number two days later. They’re very fast.

I used the lockandloadlabs2 address for their proton mail and copy and pasted from the thread. I received a reply pretty quickly but was hearing from Lacey which i saw her name at the beginning of the thread which is why I had the concern to come check here

She’s legit I had the same thing, she usually is in contact first I’m guessing for customer service type stuff? Then she sent my info to Tito and he got me set up.

Okay word. First time ordering so don’t wanna get f’d over lol. She didn’t send anything over to tito for me but if i copy and pasted the email from this thread I should be okay hopefully

This was my first time ordering, I got my package today! Placed my order on Wednesday, got tracking on Thursday, it arrived Monday.
Thank you Tito for the help!
Everything was smooth and easy

Previously left a review, but there was a slowdown so mine came a little late. It was actually on me for not getting something I needed in advance. Instead, I stupidly waited until it had all run out. They did end up sending it out, and the quality was great like the last few times.

Hi,

Lacey and I answer emails all day. You’re more than welcome to email either one of us. The only difference is, Lacey processes bulk orders (15+ items) and I process everything else. Hope that clears up the confusion.

Hello my good sir,

I believe you received tracking an hour or so ago. We usually are able to provide same/next day tracking but we are human and sometimes we are slowed down by other responsibilities. You have nothing to worry about!

I have always heard transferring directly from coinbase has risks. Always transfer off of the exchange to your own wallet first. Stay safe.

I ordered on Saturday and it still hasn't shipped, shipping label created monday though, not sure what happened, ordered in the past and everything was great.

Post office is a piece of shit sometimes. Once the label is created it’s out of L&L hands. I ordered Tuesday, shipped Wednesday and is being delivered tomorrow.

It says on tracking usps still awaiting item, however, L&L informed me after I posted that that they had a delay stocking an item and it will be shipped out sometime today which is why they didn't ship it yet. Hopefully it does because I really need something I ordered which I should've had on hand so not blaming them but would be great to get my package soon.

I’ve only ordered a few times but each time has been very smooth and very fast. Got mine today.
Hope you get your stuff soon!

Hi Tito, my package was returned to the sender due to "No such number". Just trying to find out if the package had the wrong address written on it because the address I provided is valid. If that is the case then I will re-order again. Could you get back to me with the address you used on the shipping label to my email, please? Thank you.
