Ordered on the 29th, payment was processed on the 30th. Since then nothing messaged through email just to check status and still no reply.

I’m going through the same exact situation. I sent multiple emails asking for an update or a tracking number but still getting no response. The website is back up and running so I’m trying to be optimistic.

Edit: he apologized for the delay and sent me tracking, should be arriving today thanks opti!

From what others have said, a server issue. Heard from him today via email with tracking. Site looks g2g now.

I am brand new here but got some Opti that dont look like the ones here. All my vials have labels on them with grey tops. All the photos on google and posted here are clear vials no labels. How can I know if I got real OPTI

Also has anyone ever done Serum tests on OPti as I read on a few boards they were "supposedly" hcg??? Again I am brand new to this board and just looking for verification not bashing on source

I ran a serum test on his Greys and they scored an impressive 30. My vials were clear no labels but that doesn't mean anything he could have started putting labels on them. Your box might have a label/sticky on the lid that looks like these does it?

Does opti send tracking usually? I ordered early last week and had a confirmation email that my order was complete, and reached out via proton to see if tracking was available to keep an eye out since I'm in an area that was getting hit by the winter storms but never got any reply.

No he doesn't send tracking and the turnaround time from payment to your door is usually around 7-10 days give or take. There have been some slightly longer waiting times as of late, but for the most part it's been 7-10 days.

This is the slowest I've seen you guys move. Every order before this shipped the same day I got a Completed email.

Gentlemen, all orders have been full-filled and dropped off.

I am certain that many of you on here are aware of the severe winter storms which many of us were hit with plus Monday's National Holiday. The delay is not on my end but with the postal system. I also noticed that a certain percentage of the packages dropped off at the same time have not been scanned it. Some packages have been delivered with only an acceptance and a delivered scan.
