Have placed one order before with PCTzone and everything was great. I had no issues with customs but the package was fairly small. Does anyone have any experience with larger orders? Do larger orders significantly increase the chance of customs issues?

If our warehouse determines that an order is too large for a single parcel, we will divide the order into two parcels to help facilitate a seamless customs clearance process. my tracking says "Package Exception. Your package is being returned. Please visit the carrier's website Emirates Post for more info if you have any questions."

is this normal or something to be worried about? all the shipping info has been different this time around compared to the past and i dont know what this means

It is unfortunate but occasionally USPS believes our parcels from UAE require a signature when we don't ship requiring one.
