Ordered 10/24 and the package still hasn’t arrived. The tracking only shows it in USPS transit and hasn’t updated since 11/6

I have informed delivery and it’s not even showing I have a package inbound which is mostly why I have some concern.

Same here. Ordered 10/19. Made it to US 11/03. Been in the same place and status as yourself (Jamaica, NY sorting facility) since 11/03,and latest update I can get is from 11/10, which is "In transit to next Facility.....". At this point, I am starting to assume it got stuck/seized in customs, or it was "lost". Only time and had a package from Insia warehouse tale this long, it was seized. But at least back then it stayed it was being held in customs. This shows no indication of that.

if you had the package with the tracking that starts with "R" (apparently because of the UAE thing) rather than the "L" one, I read that "R" packages typically have signature required by the USPS, not sure why but yeah seems normal apparently

UAE Shipping is showing fewer seizures so far, for US residents we would reship if your order was seized.

Have had many successful orders with pct but most recent package was seized by customs and reship from UAE looks like it’s going to be seized again being stuck in NY with no updates. It’s frustrating because I’m in need of my medicine. I’m praying it somehow comes. I’ve never had a pack seized before until now. I’m not sure if it’s something to do with the shipping papers or why they are seizing them now. I wish I knew I had the option for store credit instead of reship because I’m thinking maybe splitting into smaller orders and paying for the shipping would have less chance to get seized.

Agreed, I’ve had terrible luck as well with UAE packages.

We are seeing overall better success from UAE shipping compared to India Post.
There will always be some seizures to the US, that is unavoidable, but we do reship if your order was seized to the US.
