Send an email with your request. Some sources are very high volume and I am sure a few emails with tracking get forgotten in the mix

They typically provide tracking when the package is moving. It has taken 10 days sometimes

Typically weekends are slower . Theres only need to send one email. we respond to all of them This weekend is a holiday . Typically if you order during the week your order will ship within 1-2 days usually next day . you can log into your account to see the status of your order . if its complete then its on the way . you should receive email updates from the webstore as well . If your not then you may have a gmail or yahoo type email as your contact on your account
