Just spoke with higher management and unfortunately, we cannot do cash refund.
Your order was $70, we reimbursed $85 to your account, which is amount you spent plus 21%.
It’s clearly stated in our FAQs that we don’t do cash refund. We re-ship or give store credit plus extras no questions asked.
Cash refund is not standard procedure among sources. Please understand that we’re out of those products as well and already at a loss.
The credit you currently have in your account is enough for you to buy the very same products you previously bought, plus some. Don’t really understand how that’s a loss for you or how store credit is worthless, since it will get you the very same products you wanted and have already paid for.
We deeply apologize about the delay. Once a package leaves our hands, we can’t really control what happens to it.
Since 2008, we always had a no questions asked re-ship/refund policy for packages that didn’t arrive in 30 days. We’re currently working with 60 days because of the pandemic.
But you do need to contact us so we can arrange a re-ship or refund (normally your choice) and you never reached out to us, coming straight to the forum.
We’ve been dealing with these things on a daily basis since 2008 on over 30 forums and our policies are considered very permissive according to most customers, forum admins and mods.
I believe you’ve been treated fairly by us and you saying that you lost money with us is very far from true.
