I bought LGD-4033 from Syn.. diet is on point as I track all macros, training 5x per week with 4 years lifting experience , currently running 7.5mg, beginning of week 6, I have gained around 5lbs however I am in a significant calorie surplus and I expected more, lifts have gone up slightly compared to what they were before when considering previous body weight… however I entered a powerlifting block for the first time and this was expected… I also know that LGD is not commonly sold anymore so I have my skepticism… was expecting just a tad bit more at this point and wanted to know what you guys think
Some people just don’t make a lot of gains with gear. It’s genetic. You could take the same exact dose, same training, same diet, as someone else but they could gain 25 pounds while you only gain 5 or less.
