I just got the undeliverable mail message as well and I just paid yesterday. I've ordered from Syn dozens of times so I hope this gets resolved. Have the admins tried reaching out?
If you have not received tracking or pyment confirmation please send us an email. Syn-D is in the middle of a family emergency with her child in the hospital and I am trying to pick up where her very capable hands left off. I apologize for the confusion and delay but please reach out and I will get you sorted.

Can you advise when the email is working again? We are still getting an undeliverable message.
I tried emailing and it isnt deliverable saying servors shut down...i received confirmation on tuesday and still no tracking

at the moment the email isnt working for past buyers, people awaiting tracking so i think its safe to say no one can order either... Just saying...Current orders should be filled before new orders are taking tho i agree

None of our emails are going through, so how are you keeping us in good hands if you cant see all of us responding to you and emailing you. He did not mention anything about his kid in the email. Just issues with a current courier. If his kid is in the hospital, I wish him good luck and thank you for stepping in. But you need an alternate mode of coms. The current email address is not valid.

bizarre so they can send emails but mailer-daemon for what we send...hopefully this works out..I've been ordering 3 years exclusively and never had an issue...actually phenomenal service
