I just got my first blood exam after taking my stuff from a new Source (CANADA)
(Back to end 2022)
Testo around 8 nmol/L
Estradiol around 160 pmol/L
(Back to end 2023 to now)
Testo from around 15 nmol/L to 98 nmol/L
Estradiol from around 200 pmol/L to 80 pmol/L
I'm Taking (last 30 to 45 days)
750mg(250 every 2/3 days) week Cypionate Subq / 25mg Aromasyn day / 40mg oxandrolone day
Should I reduce the Testo to 500mg (250mg twice) per week + 12.5mg Aromasyn per day / 250 mg deca (125mg twice) per week + 60mg oxandrolone daily up to 80mg at the end of two months?
It might help to lower the testosterone and increase the Estradiol a bit so that I can have a better ratio and maybe avoid the high testosterone; I'm not having issues at all, and my skin looks good. There is no acne or oily skin, and the results are good. I never had this amount of muscle, and I'm always in bulk mode, trying now to reduce a bit more carbs and fat, so I'm eating good, at least 200 grams of protein per day.
I weigh 107kg, my height is 5'11, and I have some good BF; that's why I try to control my Estradiol low, but maybe 80 is too low.
What do you think? Thoughts? (Sorry if OFF-TOPIC)
