I have been debating about going through with a surgery to repair a Inguinal hernia on my pelvic/pubescent right side. The time they say/strongly recommend that I need to be resting and not doing any strenuous activity. they recommend at least 1-2 weeks not doing anything and then up to 3 weeks very light activity. Now Being that my mental health is totally dictated by my workout sessions and a job that requires walking on roofs and lifting heavy shit is the first is what is causing the debate. I can't not work , otherwise my rent would not get paid and my AAS would not be purchased( is it wrong that the latter is more important?)Now I've heard from others to only get the surgery If it is bothering you. Mine is not bothering me aside from the visual disappeal that I'm sure I only notice. So are they any of you who regret making the decision to get the surgery and is the timeframe for recommend rest accurate?
And I'm willing to run any peptides that could speed up the recovery so if anyone has a healing peptide or AAS regime please let me know. TIA

So the people who regret not getting the surgery are likely dead! Yes… you can die from this! Is it an immediate concern… not necessarily… but a strangulated hernia is a very real thing that WILL EVENTUALLY happen. Not could … will!

I’m dealing with it too. Putting off till fall/winter.
