Ways to keep blood pressure in check?

So I’m running a stack of prop/dbol and Anadrol and it’s raised my BP some. What are ways I can help keep my BP in check?

Cardio - 20minutes or more 5+ days a week.
Watch your sodium intake and keep a clean diet. I always try to take 5-10 minute walks after my bigger meals and seems to help. Supplement Wise carditone, hawthorn berry and your fish oil.

I had a question like this awhile back with responses. Search for it and you might find it helpful.

Increased water intake.
Watch your sodium
Clean diet
Good amount of cardio
High dose fish oil and/or prescription fish oil
Baby aspirin
Lower body fat
Angiotensin Receptor Blockers
Beta blockers
Lower drug load and/or break up your dosing into smaller amounts throughout the week or stop taking whatever is causing increased BP.
Quality sleep
Reduce stress
Cialis
Google supplements to lower BP

I never had my BP read this high. I know it has to be the Dbol. I’ve ran Adrol before and never had this happen. It is the liquid form and I’m not sure that makes a difference.

Diet is pretty good. Water is 90% of what I drink. Intense cardio for an hour 2x week (weighted vest workout on punching bag, hill sprints, burpee’s and jump squats). I also do box jumps and work giant sets at the gym(compound lift, accessory, abs and cardio). I probably should cruise anyway. I will admit the last 6 months I’ve definitely abused gear and maybe that’s playing a part as well. Not necessarily high doses but I haven’t cruised in 6 months.

@Jtdaniels123 Ah I see that makes more sense. How high was your BP reading? One of my previous cycles (test, deca, & injectable anadrol) I had to cut short because my BP was constantly ~150 with a resting heart rate of about 90 bpm. I’d wake up in the morning with dried blood around my nose, sometimes a lot, and after every meal I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. Although, looking back I think it had more to do with lifestyle choices than drug selection.

A little tip regarding sodium. Don’t eat frozen chicken because it has 200mg sodium per serving (4oz). During that cycle for dinner I’d have 16oz - 20oz of chicken plus other food thinking I was keeping my sodium in check while unknowingly adding 800mg - 1000mg of sodium to my diet at minimum just from the chicken. Refrigerated chicken has about 45mg of sodium per 4oz. Costco sells 6lb - 7lb packs of various cuts of refrigerated chicken for around $20 in my part of the country.

160/90. Yeah I stick with whole chicken or breast with rib meat and cut the fat. As you mentioned I buy at a bulk warehouse as well. Pretty cheap.

Watch all of Stan Efferding’s videos on his youtube channel relating to blood pressure and sodium. Everyone on here saying to limit sodium is a fuckin retard, ignore 'em and keep slamming back salty foods it’s good for you. Go straight to a credible, reputable source of information instead of asking the DYELs here that likely do not lift nor use gear at all. Stan cites the scientific sources, medical data, etc that he pulls his info from as well so you can pull up a second tab and Google the shit he says to verify the truth to his words.

Well I just did legs and worked my ass off. Came home and my reading was 142/80 and I pinned before the gym. Guess I just need to work out all day lol/

I was going to mention about cutting sodium. But figured it would fall on deaf ears.
Stop. Cutting. Sodium.

Listen, if you’re going to run gear you can take all the bullshit supplements you want, but the bottom line is most of us need to be on an ARB. I quit fucking around with supps for BP about year ago and started 20mg a day of telmesartan at bedtime and my BP is perfect. Did a case on a 48 year old guy the other day with a ruptured TAA all from mismanaged hypertension. It isn’t worth it. Go see your doctor

So I have a question for anybody and maybe someone can help me. I’m running test e, tren e, dbol, and winstrol and Anavar. The dbol and Winnie are injectible. Is it counterproductive to take Winstrol and d-ball in the same cycle?

@Funguy19 strong thread hijack. I have to be honest, that cycle composition makes little-to-no sense. You need to share your history and goals for anyone to make a recommendation. I’d advise you to start a new thread.
