There used to be a website that had the human body in anatomical position and it had a list of muscles or I believe you could click on a muscle and it would tell you where to inject and some other info and I cannot find it. Does anyone have anything like that?

Could've sworn it was something stupid simple like "Siteinjections . com", ya know? Google sure enough is returning no result though and I haven't had that bookmarked in forever. Anywhere you're looking to inject in particular that isn't common sense? Off the top of my head here's three I use and how I locate(d) em;

Delt: Do a lateral raise, touch the shoulder to find the actual medial delt meat that's contracted and then locate the center of that meat and put your pin anywhere around that point. Preferably a bit higher up toward the top of the shoulder/AC joint, but not too high. Too low and it'll irritate the shit that connects the shoulder down into the biceps, too high and it'll mess up your overhead and incline mobility for pressing or pulldown/pull-ups.

VG: Do a side leg raise, touch the hip area to feel the meat that moves and contracts and locate the center of that meat and stab away. Be mindful not to stab your IT Band.

Lat: Raise your arm up, preferably in front of a mirror to rest your palm against, squeeze the lat to find where yours are meatiest (gonna kinda depend on how you've built your back) and you can pin more or less anywhere that's sufficiently thick. Just be very careful not to let the arm drop so if you have carpal tunnel or circulation issues that prevent you comfortably having an arm overhead for a few minutes just skip lats.
