Let’s go with liver and kidney
NAC, milk thistle, dandelion root, TUDCA, Glutathione, artichoke leaf, astragalus and there's probably more. I'd stick with the NAC, Milk Thistle and Glutathione personally. Others prefer TUDCA. Get good quality stuff that's tested. Best I can say is injectable glutathione.

Where do you buy injectable glutathione? I can only find it on peptide science and it is $85 a pop... Amino asylum has nasal glutathione which seems less bio-available to me.

Only thing I will say w the inj glutathione is do it slow, causes me some decent discomfort. Definitely my least favorite injection to do, but I may just be having it in my head w how it makes me feel following the shot is just better overall I will say. Idk I feel like it works good so I think it’s worth the pain it causes.
Wow totally missed that, thanks man!

I appreciate the information! I will take that into consideration while I rotate my injection sites too, just to make sure I give each site awhile to heal.

I haven't gotten an injection in awhile. Used to at an office and need to order more for home, but I agree. I used to get it in the shoulder region and that shit burned 😂 but overall worth it and it beats taking an oral daily and trying to remember that

As long as it's tested for potency and has the basics for your liver and kidneys it's probably fine. You won't really know how you're doing until you get your enzymes checked. For a long time I only took NAC at about 1200mg a day and was fine. Again, depends if it's real or not.

Not directly supplement related as far as kidneys go, but be real mindful of your blood pressure as this is detrimental to your kidneys (and a lot of other things).

Not to high jack this thread I have seen a bunch of dosing for injectable glutathione. You seem knowledgeable on a bit of subjects including this one, what doses and frequencies do you think would be the best? I was gonna start at 1000mg a week spread out between two injections, and then bump up to 1500mg a week?

I use an astragalus supplement, and telmisartan. Everyone using AAS should be using a low dose of telmisartan as a preventative against kidney damage.
Where do you get telmisartan? and is it something you only run while on blast or cycle to keep BP in check?

I don't want to be on a BP med long term or become dependent on one, but if it can be harmlessly added in for a while and then dropped, I'm curious.

I get my telmisartan from any online pharmacy, a few sources here carry it. Amino asylum also now carries it.

Blood pressure is NOT the only reason telmisartan should be added to your daily regimine. It's a PPAR antagonist like cardarine, but much safer. Reduces visceral fat accumulation. Increases hdl while decreasing ldl. Improves blood triglyceride levels. It has many benefits. It's something that should be kept in play year round for preventative reasons.

If you're using steroids, likely you will need blood pressure management at some point. It's better to be early than late for this.

Guys will really run a bunch of steroids but won't take an approved for human use drug to save their kidneys long term. Trust me you're going to be dependant on blood pressure meds one way or another. Just take the pills and save your body.

Most of my concern is that I don't want to have to worry about potassium - so many of the foods I love have potassium (sweet potatoes, avocado, etc) and I keep reading that telmisartan carries risk of hyperkalemia.

You should read the risks carried by all the steroids you're taking.

Let's be serious. Millions of Americans are taking blood pressure medications daily with little worry at all about their diets, carelessly shoving food in their faces as fast as they can. Diabetics shooting their insulin, and drinking a coke when they feel a little hypo. These drugs are much safer than you'd think.

For what it's worth I've been on blood pressure meds for almost 10 years. Steroids for almost 15. Clean diet 90% of the time with potassium containing foods and 5-7g sodium intake a day. Never once has any of my bloodwork reflected any disorder with my serum blood electrolytes.

You are only on telmisartan? No diuretics. How much water do you drink daily?
Although, I agree prils and sartans are amazing medications, kidney and cardio protective. Hyperkalemia is absolutely a concern to look out for, and people taking it should be very diligent about their labs in regard to this. Hyperkalemia can cause lethal heart arrhythmias, not to be taken lightly. Also, even slight elevation of potassium over the normal blood range can cause fatigue and tiredness definitely not symptoms you want to be dealing with daily.
I think a lot of people should be taking these medications who are not, but be smart about blood work and trending their labs!
