@TheDarkSide it was insanely high like too high before this cycle. It has seemed to drop since I started but not too bad. I was actually hoping it would happen.

@shiidontknow None taken man, I was just addressing the poster below you. I just looked over the details of the thread, and honestly if your strength is continuously rising via progressive overload, you are gaining muscle. Now, it seems like you’re pulling off more of a recomp if your scale weight isn’t going up like you would want.

And, the solution would just be to eat even more calories. I know I probably sound like a broken record saying that but the only reason weight will not rise is because you’re not in a caloric surplus. You may think 4k is a lot if you’re eating that, and for a lot of people that is enough (if you’re truly tracking your food properly and actually intaking 4k calories), but you may need to throw in some extra shakes or meals on top to intake even more calories if your goal is to pack on weight faster.

That being said, always prioritize your performance in the gym via slowly adding reps or weight to ensure you’re putting on muscle.

I was on Arimidex… 0.5 every EOD keeps me normal on 1-1.5g of test…

I was on H5H for prolactin, along with b12… don’t believe (could be wrong) that it was out of control…

@Jay thanks for the response man. I’ve taken sarms before with no major results. I’ll look into YK-11 though.

And I definitely hear what you’re saying about the scale being a deterrent. Some times I feel like I’m making good gains but then the dysmorphia that you were talking about kicks in. I’ll remember your words next time I weigh myself lol.

@Forthewin1123 I have a young kid so it’s hard to get any more time to myself. I wish I could work out every day.

@nswole1 That amount of Arimdiex wouldn’t nearly be enough for that much test for most people. Again,
Bloodwork is the only answer. Otherwise everyone’s just shooting in the dark.

I’ve gotten bloods a long time ago… I don’t need an AI on 500 test and 100 dbol… I’m a different breed… it’s probably because I’m young and lean

@shiidontknow I habe 2 young kids… you habe to make the time or tje drugs are a waste… it’s not easy… tryst me… there’s weeks where I’m like wtf !!! If. You can’t figure out a way to workout 4-5 days a week consistently … you may wanna take trt dose or not cycle at all… that’s my opinion on.my experience and alot of what I’ve read and heard. You habe to break the muscle down and repair it over and over again…week in and week out…
Not telling mg you what to do… just giving you some ideas on why.ypur not growing…
Maybe take a step back… evaluate how much you want this… if it’s really bad… then.try to make time before or after work… or in the evening after dinner maybe…
If it’s not the important… maybe get off peds …pct… and just keep plugging away natural doing what.you can …

I’ve gotten plenty of bloods. Don’t need to get bloods every cycle, ESPECIALLY when I just started…I’ve ran nearly that identical cycle, I’ve gotten my hormones under control.

@nswole1 Whats your administration freq? Do you do Test p every day? Or longer esters?

At 500 test c a week, 215 e3d and .5mg arimidex e3d my estrogen was in the low 30’s. Trying to get a feel for how much I really need the dex.

@NSwole1 No they can’t. Misinformation. Especially if you have other aromatizing things like deca in the mix. Unless you want a gummy worm for a dick

@shiidontknow have you run bloodwork to see what your levels have come back while on these cycles. I mean checking not just TT, free T, and E2 but shbg, prolactin etc? Because something seems really strange w running that much w no results. Hell, the deca should’ve at least alone added water weight if it’s legit typically.

@nswole1 yeah not me for sure, even 300T w only about 300 deca and I HAVE to have an AI or my fcking nips w be puffy and sore as shit
