My Test vial seal seems to be defective and leaky to the point I can’t invert it to extract.. any idea how to fix it? I’ve never encountered this problem before
Nicely written… ChapGPT be making everyone look alittle intellectual nowadaysI recommend reaching out to the vendor about the issue. I had a similar experience once with an amino product. When I tried to open the vial, the entire plug came off effortlessly, it wasn't secured properly. Concerned about the sterility, I took a photo of it and then trashed it.
I contacted the vendor, explained the situation, and shared the photo I took. They were responsive. To make up for thism, they sent me two replacement vials free of charge, including the shipping costs. Their prompt and considerate response really impressed me, and I've been a loyal customer ever since.
It's important to let your vendor know about the issue so they can rectify it
LOL... guilty as charged. When it comes to writing, my grammar and spelling are atrocious, but I have been told I am verbose. but eloquent writer.Nicely written… ChapGPT be making everyone look alittle intellectual nowadays
I had the same thing happen to me yesterday when drawing Mast E for the second time from a fairly new vial. I wasn’t sure if maybe I did something wrong but came looking because I thought I had seen this topic listed. So you’d say this is something worth filming and contacting the source over?I had a eq vial that wouldn't hold pressure at all and when drawing with a 23g it would run down the needle.
Take picture or small clip/vid and contact vendor is all you can do.
