If one were to pick say 10 bloodwork tests which panels would you keep an eye on to avoid negative results from the AAS and Hgh life style. I wanna make sure to keep an eye on e2 and anything that might contribute to a receding hairline? Anyone here wish they could go back in time and be able to keep an eye on to avoid some physical ailment they may be going through now?

Your receding hairline is the least thing you have to worry about. I was going to give you an answer but then I read your hair is the most important aspect of your life

that’s pretty sad bro
I never said it was the most important aspect of my life. Sorry If I hit a sensitive subject for you?

There's no singular most important information on lab results bud, pretty much everything that's tested for can be seriously problematic if out of range. Stan Efferding recently (well kinda recently) went on Mark Bell's podcast and mentioned that their particular service they shill for (Marek) is offering a panel that checks out what they believe to be the most essential values for health/longevity, I'd start there if you don't want to pay to have every little thing looked at. Look around on Mark Bell/Supertraining youtube channel for the info, it should be sometime around the beginning of this year. Bloods are not your only line of defense against potentially life threatening issues, though.

Biggest thing you can check yourself often is blood pressure, I highly recommend you try to check yours at least once a week. High blood pressure requires no blood draw or lab to test for and it's incredibly dangerous to let go unchecked. You can also keep note of the color of your urine and pay attention to your poo because signs of liver and kidney issue will show up in these two and that also requires no testing to identify the beginning signs of organ trouble. Keep note of your fingernails as the health of your nails can provide insight on various internal issues, especially if they begin yellowing.

I guess my personal answer for #1 thing to look at as a generalization is blood pressure. I know most users do not get testing done ever and I understand that people have various reasons for not getting them but if there's one purchase I'd advise everyone to make it's a blood pressure monitor. Could seriously be the best purchase you ever make, literally could save your life.

Here are the blood tests that you want. Bottom is what I ordered the first time around before starting cycle and the top are my follow up bloods. PrivateMDLabs always have a 15% off code as well JUN22. It might also be worth shooting an email to privatemdlabs support, they are SUPER willing to help and can create a custom cart for you as well. On cycle balls are going to shrink, high e is likely, and you may not recover afterwards fully. These are all risks we take to enhance ourselves. Before starting your cycle ensure you have arimidex or aromasin as well as raloxifene/nolvadex or comid. I think it's wise to have both AI's on hand as well as ralox for spicy nips. My Estrogen was out of control 5 days in and I had to take Aromasin 4 days in a row (5 days in) to knock it down and now will take it EOD. YMMV.Bloods.png

You don’t have to say.. you asked about negative results of AAS (top important) then proceeded to mention your hair..

While on cycle top things to look out for is 1. Test levels to make sure gear is legit, 2. Estrogen to make sure it’s not too high or low, 3. Liver values, and 4. Cholesterol especially when bulking.

Blood pressure would be something you should always be monitoring.

If it’s your first blood test, I’d get thyroid checked too, I have hypothyroidism that I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t checked for it.

Any noticable sides from the hypothyroidism?

Just low energy, fat gain, but I doubt many others are hypo. I just got shit genetics and have to take 50mcg T3 and 50mcg T4 to get within normal ranges for thyroid panel, monitored by doctor. Funny that the bloodwork costed way more through my doctor and insurance than through privatemdlabs.
