Have you had a complete blood count run lately?I love anadrol preworkout but even only taking 50mg three times a week causes shortness of breath for me. What’s up with that? Is it because of thicker blood or high blood pressure?
This doesnt make sense to me. The blood thickens because of red blood cell concentration... RBC are responsible for carrying O2.Have you had a complete blood count run lately?
Shortness of breath can be from thick blood and an inability to exchange CO2 for O2 fast enough.
I've experienced this side effect many times to the point I was seeing stars or felt like I was gasping and felt like I was gonna have a heart attack.
You really don't have to run that much anadrol, 25mg or less is more than enough.

Can you help me understand?
I get the hose analogy, but that doesn’t explain the shortness of breath. If (1) blood thickens because of excess red blood cells, and (2) red blood cells carry oxygen, then how can the body react by searching for more oxygen? (shortness of breath).Push water through a hose, it's not too bad. Push mud through a hose, bound to be an ordeal. There's plenty of analogies to be made here; It's simply more difficult for the body to push thicker blood around. All the organs involved need to work harder, get taxed more, require more energy, it all ends with you having trouble doing some things and breathing can be one of them. For more in-depth info on this stuff I'd recommend listening to some of Stan Efferding's content relating to blood pressure or blood work in general as he's very good at putting the info into terms gym rats and gear users can easily understand.
