Probably going to get alot of shit for this but I started a test cycle and plan on running 300mg for four weeks (this is my last week on 300mg) then titrating to 400mg and 500mg (injected on a MWF schedule). I started experiencing high e2 sides (extreme water retention, bloating, emotional etc) at about week two and took very small doses of AI prior to bloodwork (less than 0.4mg). Got labs drawn and E2 is at 116 and test was >1500 ng/dl with my last AI dose 2 days prior. In total this whole cycle I have taken less than 1mg of anastrozole though I feel much better with less water retention every time I take AI. How should I go about taking AI without crashing my E2? As i have heard both ends of feeling like shit with crashed e2 or with high e2. Has anyone used dutasteride to maintain hair on a cycle over finasteride? Though most recommended taking test only for your first cycle would adding Masteron or primo at the end of the cycle help for the dryer look?

Other medications:
HCG 500 IUs x2 week
Finasteride 1mg
Adderall (prescribed been on it a long time)
tirzepatide 15mg (lost weight with it though am still trying to "recomp")

Thanks in advance

What are your goals here? I would not up the test and keep at 300mg per wk max - I do more close to TRT / cruise at 150 to 200 max wk and prefer daily test prop and NO AI as if you crash E2 the work out from that is horrid, Concur w Test only but which test are you running cyp / prop other ? and the Triz at 15mg is that per wk and are your macros in check - my quick thoughts w/o knowing rest of details age BF goals etc is drop test down run for at least 3 wks and no AI - make sure get 1gm protein per lb body weight - plenty of fiber - tons of electrolytes as Triz may zap those and could contribute to water issues so that w fiber may resolve some of bloat - eat clean med diet / paleo w plenty of protein - solid 8 hrs sleep and what is your work out schedule / sleep schedule - stressors ???
