I was feeling super lethargic and anxious with the high E2 as well. After taking the AI yesterday I feel a lot better. I’m suspecting that a lot of this is caused by the HCG use.
hCG makes me personally feel like crap.

You want your brain to produce LH and FSH on it's own by coming off cycles regularly after you've built yourself to a certain level.

Short esters leading up to your time off will speed up the process, but you want your body to naturally restore function, this SERMS crap isn't for everyone.

It's gonna take time for the BB community to realize that poly-pharmacy isn't the answer to all problems.

Listen to the poster who said get your E2 under control. When I am around the high end of 30 I feel like trash too. Can't imagine how you feel. If you are feeling crappy you could always go to a TRT clinic and tell them what's going on and they'll he'll get your symptoms under control and monitor your situation. It happens sometimes. Be safe. Don't toy with throwing a bunch of compounds into your body and gambling. This stuffs no joke.

Will do. If you don’t mind my ask to you and everyone else here, what tends to be your guys’ sweet spot for E2. Also what about your ideal total test?

That's really gonna vary hugely. Also, came back to post stop tinkering with your levels. If you research T and anxiety the fluctuating of your hormones is going to give you a great deal of anxiety. You just stick with it a few weeks and adjust as needed. I know nothing about your health, your history with T or anything about you. I do know however your estrogen is out of control.

You should probly see a clinic dude and get things in check.
