I want to cycle EPO to get faster, i am a female distance runner with main focus on the 1600 and 3200. Does anybody know how i could cycle it, how long it would be detectable for, and how long i would reap the benefits after my cycle?
As a EPO user, I recommend you do your own research into this. You should honestly have all these answers on your own because you took the time reading.I want to cycle EPO to get faster, i am a female distance runner with main focus on the 1600 and 3200. I have tried anavar and tbol about a year ago, gave me shin splints bc calf pump. Used EQ for 2 months 7 months ago and hated it, it made me run slower and once i got off it i ran 20 seconds faster. My PRS are 5:30 mile, 20:30 5k, and 2:31 800. I want to go sub 5:10 this spring, my biggest worry is injury from 50+ mile weeksEPO is for the high level athletes looking to shave time off their own records or hit within fractions of a second over/under existing records if their times are already within a reasonable range. I'd recommend you look into other options first as that's pretty much the cherry on top. Not sure what testing is employed for you (you didn't say what level you compete at) if any, nor what you've tried already and we also need to know what kinda times you're averaging and your best to try and give you an idea of if this is even worth it for you. Give a bit more info so we can help you figure out if you'd just be wasting your time or not.
