Dude, that was 4 days ago. Sign up for informed delivery. Sit back and wait 2 weeks. If you don’t receive something, send an email to kits then. How will a confirmation email speed anything up? Kits is busy for a reason. You just need to be patient.

I’m not disputing that it happens. But did he provide enough information for you to render that diagnosis. A picture of his red bump would be helpful.

Do you know what the percentage of people using BAC water having red bumps is? Or the percentage of the people using bad BAC water (too much BA) that get a red bump? Nevermind the percentage of people that get a red bump from improper injection protocol?

It could a few different things, which makes it speculation. That’s all I was saying. One injection and one red bump. We can’t tell.
