Just recently upped my dose from 5 Iu to 8 Iu. During a cruise/slight cut. (I am in a slight caloric deficit and doing cardio 5 days a week) anybody who says hgh isn't a miracle drug most likely does not have estrogen managed/strict diet/strict training etc. cause I have had a pretty decent transformation since starting hgh. Or maybe I'm a hyper responder. The higher you can get your estrogen without negative side effects, the bigger and fuller you should look. Or at least that's my experience.

You are 100% correct about estrogen, hgh works better if estrogen is higher. Not to the point of causing negative side effects but you need estrogen for the hgh and igf-1. My estrogen is in the 60’s on test and primo with 15-20iu’s GH daily and I’ve blown the fuck up. With little to no fat gain. And I know it’s not all water retention bc I stripped all my water one day just to check.

Yes! I feel this I have brought my estrogen too low on accident a few times and lost like 5-8 lbs in water and it's crazy the permanent gains u grt. That's interesting to know. Ya if mine goes too high I get huge ankles etc. I take 12.5 mg hctz a day so I can keep my estrogen a little on the higher side so I feel normal. That's cool tho. U make me wanna push higher than 10 lol

Based off everything you’ve said you have good knowledge and know what you’re doing. My only mistake I’ve made with GH is moving up like 6ius at a time instead of slowly titrating it. If you do it slowly you won’t get the side effects. And I posted a review up above, I get blood work and organ imaging done and have had zero issues at all. My blood work is immaculate, which surprises me sometimes. My bp is consistently 120/78 too. I say go for it!

Also forgot to mention, once I hit 15iu and up the results were absolutely insane. It seemed like something happened and I could see results daily. Its crazy.

Just an update. I never got Sema test but it for sure works and works super well. I am down 8lbs in the last 16 days. I am planning on hitting 10% and that would be another 12-14lbs.

Seems stronger than a previous vendor I used dose for dose.

I’ve been using the GH from kits4less since September. I ended up pulling bloods for two different sets of their kits and different IU ranges. I send my direct blood work to kits to show him. The first one was taken 11/6/23 and I was running 4iu per day of the regular hgh kits (not the delux or economy) and my igf-1 score was 455.

After I pulled bloods on November 6th I immediately switched off to the Delux 150iu kits and was running 6iu per day of that. I got bloods pulled on 12/11/23 and my igf-1 came back at 670.

If that doesn’t help verify that these guys have legit products then idk what will. I have now taken my GH dose to 15iu up to 20iu per day. I believe igf-1 will cap at some point with regards to showing on a test but I can tell you first hand when I hit 15iu per day the results increased 10 fold. Every day little changes I could see in the mirror. Less fat, even better sleep and deep sleep (I track it), muscle fullness is insane even on my low carb days. I’m not sponsored nor am I an affiliate with K4L. I just believe in letting people know when there is a good company out there. Their communication, t/a, response time, and overall customer service is amazing. I’ve posted multiple times now in this thread bc im blown away by my results. This is the first time I’d compare it to pharma gh. I know everybody responds differently so I’m giving my experience. Don’t be afraid to pull the trigger and try them if you haven’t. I’m getting my test and e2 result back from my trt clinic tomorrow or Thursday! I’ll keep you updated. I try to keep my estrogen around 70-80 for the igf-1 conversion. Any higher and I get estrogen side effects but I feel great around those numbers

Nice. Definitely post it once you have the results. Dropped my e2 too much on my last primo run, but still had great results from gh, although not as high as your last test. Was also running a different source from here HGH. Seriously considering making the switch to K4L though.
