Bring to boil for about 3 minutes then return to simmer for another 5 then Remove heat and let cool down to room temp(about an hour) Slice them whole like a roast. Cube them and mix with greek yogurt and pickle juice to make healthy chicken salad. Shred it cold and reheat in sauté pan. Versatile and always in stock in frig for any ideas.

That sounds amazing. I usually resort to cholula on everything to keep sodium in check.Homemade sauces and condiments: My spicy green sauce is just 3-4 roasted, seeded jalapeños , 2 bunches of cilantro and lime juice...about 1/4 cup. Add just enough water to create a sauce and blend till smooth. Freeze in ice trays so you always have portions on hand.
