I always reconstitute with the iu per vial. Whites are 24iu so use 2.4ml of water total per vial.

Is there a difference in side effects between the more pure GH and less pure? I was wondering how the orange tops can be so much cheaper for that many iu. Anyone been using the orange tops noticing more water retention and carpel tunnel?

Using them now only thing is the sore hands but it’s livable that tells me it’s real he is out but the white tops are an incredible deal also

Sore hands? That’s not too bad but I’m on his black tops at 4iu and no sides at all

I just did a kit of black and same no sides at all but I stocked up on orange so I go back and forth but the hands are the only thing and that ain’t so bad I can’t handle it getting ready to try the white tops

I have used oranges and blacks at doses up to 12iu. I don't get sore hands at all, and only water retention with a lot of sodium. Sides are so user specific, some get carpal tunnel at 3 to 4 iu and some none.

I’ve read that higher dimer is what causes the hands to hurt in many. But I’ve used everything from crap to pharma grade and never had the carpal tunnel issues. Even at 5-6iu

If you're looking just for hyperplasia from hgh, save your money. No evidence of it, rarely have I seen anyone claim it does.

I tried one RC site at 0.25 and didn't notice anything. Since opti is real and tested, not sure if .5 a week is too much. Probably try 0.25 and if no sides in 3 days, do another 0.25. Would love 0.5 the first week but read about starting too high.

Ya I hear.25 a week for 4 weeks then bump to .5 and stick there for less sides
