I was tested by my TRT clinic and they said I was "below the threshold for low GH in adult males" they gave me a price and I was floored. I'd like to try, but only an aesthetic dose. I'm not looking to compete or anything. What is a typical dose they would prescribe? I heard typical is between 0.50 and 0.75 mg for 2 weeks with a week off but she wouldn't tell me the dose. She just said it would be low, aesthetic initially.

1 iu = .33mg So .5mg or .75mg is roughly 1.5 - 2.3 iu's.

Yep, retatrutide and semaglutide are recommended once-weekly.

Would only add that anecdotally, some people in the underground prefer 2-3 divided doses per week (same total weekly dose).

Lots of bro-science and everyone has their theories, but it's unknown if one dosing protocol is better than another. I'd start with once weekly.

Any reason not to try black tops? The lab tests on it look good. Been waiting for the orange but I was eager to start so I got some black tops in the meantime.

I've been using the black tops for about 3 weeks now and I definitely am sleeping better. My fitbit sleep data shows more time in deep sleep. I started tren 2 weeks ago and figured I'd be having a hard time sleeping by now, but so far so good. I'm taking 5iu split 2am/3pm EOD.

I tried (what I thought) was 2iu a day about 7 years ago. I felt great. Little leaner, not much. Slept really well. But one day both my hands fell asleep and didn't wake up. It got so bad I couldn't pick up my keys. So I stopped. It went away after a couple months. Anyone know why and how to prevent?

Ya. Don’t rip 9iu right out the gate as an HGH newbie. Your asking for sides. Like I said, .5-.75mg is roughly 1.5-2.3iu’s.

If fat loss is all you're looking for then 2ius to start and let your body adjust before upping it. That is totally individual as well. If you're chasing new muscle mass then you might be able to bump it up after just a couple of weeks, or you might need a little longer let your body tell you. If you aren't suffering from any sides like numb hands, or tingling in the hands that lasts awhile, or water retention (check to see if your ankles are getting swollen it usually starts there) then bump it up if that's what you wanna do. That also depends on what you're after. Are you looking for simply better quality of life and fat loss? If that's all you're after then 2-3iu's is all should need. Just keep in mind that no matter what your goal is GH is a long term thing. It's a marathon to truly see the results. So don't expect to get shredded, or suddenly look yoked, after a month it doesn't work like that (unless of course you're using slin and you're totally dialed in but that's another subject all together)......This is simply my own opinion bro but anything less than 2iu's is a waste of time and money. Once again that's simply my own opinion.......Fat loss 2-3iu's.....Muscle Gains 4iu to however high you wanna go...I say it like that because there are guys who see great results at 6iu's, and then there are guys who are running more than 10ius and swear by it, but of course there are always gonna be those who believe more is better with anything so to each his own I guess....Be sure you're injecting while fasting. High Glucose levels can interfere with GH.

Hey all, going to be placing me first order with opti hopefully sometime soon. Just had some questions.

1. I just started incorporating gh into my cycle to help speed up a pec strain. I have experience with peptides so I know how to reconstitute but I never really factored in purity and mg content before. Would reconstituting with 1 ml bac water give me 4 ius at .33cc’s or should I be factoring in purity content and go from there instead?

2. Also is there any reason the orange tops are that much cheaper then the rest? Is it simply because of the purity?

I ran a serum test on those Greys and they scored a very impressive 30. Granted they are 12iu but that's still an outstanding number

I'm mostly using hgh for "quality of life" goals. I take 2 iu before bed and usually sleep great, and generally just feel my recovery is a little better. Without HGH my sleep is shit.

Ya, I had the same problem. I started taking opti stuff the begining of this year and 2 Iu was good but at 3 iu my right fingertips went permanently numb. I went back down to 2 Iu and it didn't go away. So I came off until it went away, and then tried it again but I did 2Iu for a whole kit. Then when I got the next kit I bumped it up to 3 iu and so on. I'm up to 5 iu now no numbness. So in that sense I waited longer to raise doses. Maybe start at 1 iu for you and do it for a few months then go up. And also I take 25 mg hctz a day and I got my blood tested and been checking my blood pressure and adjusting my Masteron dose accordingly to keep estrogen in check. All 3 of these things I believe helped me take 5 Iu and feel amazing. And my sleep is insane now. Really has benefited my life for the better so much. And my appetite is crazy now too so I've been able to clean up my diet cause I'm so hungry now even clean food tastes good.

That being said, I cleaned up my diet making it a lot lower fat and higher in carbs. I also had to get my estrogen in perfect range to get the best results. I've had my estrogen too low where I was completely flat and dry. And had my estrogen too high where I had kankles In this time. Found the sweet spot and definitely got crazy growth. When I started 6 months ago I was on 250 test 2 Iu gh. I took 2 Iu for 4 months because every time I went up to 3 my hands would go numb. Then when I got too 3 and had no numbness I did that for this past month or so and then last week I went up to 4 Ius. I gained most my gains on 2-3 Ius so far. And for gear I started with the 250 test and went up every few weeks, I am now at 1050 mg test 350 Masteron. Gonna do a powerlifting comp in a few weeks and then cruise. My blood pressure is good, bloods are alright. Started at 200 lbs I'm up to 223 right now

If anybody has questions shoot away and sorry for the novel. I can't explain things good in few words!
