Shattered Wrist... Now What?

Hello All,
So, long story but the short is I fell and shattered my wrist in many places along with nerve issues. Within 10 days I had surgery(2 days ago).
I was 4-5 weeks into 400mg Test-C + 50mg/day Winstrol. I'm thinking my best direction would be immediate shift to TRT
Problem is, even after 6+ wks weight will be very limited.
That said, I'm tempted to start Clomid/HCG and take some time off. I have both on hand. Mostly I cruise, but I'm looking at 2-3 months before even thinking of lifting.
I guess I'm just looking for some confirmation and advice. The only reason to cruise is to try and minimize any loss.
Any thoughts are welcome.

Well there's two schools of thought here. I'll give you the reasonable one and then the way I would personally handle it:

Reasonable: End cycle and recover.

What I'd do: Continue cycle and hammer the shit out of things I can still do. One wrist down is not gonna stop me from lifting; Load plates with other hand, use a ton of smaller ones if necessary or ask for help. Leg machines, SSB squats, reverse hypers, back raises, glute bridges, core work, sled drags using a harness. I've had plenty of injuries I had to overcome in my time lifting and I have never taken full 'time off' long term for any of em minus spending 3 months in a hospital and rehab center after almost dying in a crash but I was doing as much as they'd let me in the fitness area of each facility with their little available equipment/weights and day 1 when I got weight bearing clearance I was in the gym hobbling around with a walker or crutches and hitting any lifts I could.

This is to say, there's definitely another option than just resting. Neither route is bad; You're not a pussy if you rest, you're not hArDcOrE if you train through it. This is all dependent on your personal goals. My goals demand(ed) I keep training, but yours may not and that's perfectly fine. But if you do come to hate the idea of just laying around waiting for time to fix things then I hope these words help you realize that you can certainly get up and keep working. Good luck, wrist injuries are fuckin annoying to deal with in normal daily life.

I forget what it's called, but I remember Antoine Vaillant talking about it when he tore his bicep - there is a theory that exists in bodybuilding where if you have one injured side, training the other side will stimulate muscle growth and recovery on both sides.

Personally, there is absolutely no way I could take off training that long. I'd lose my mind. I would just commit to getting Big Ramy sized legs over the next few months. Throw in some hgh and bpc-500 and recover like a king. You could find ways around certain issues for training upper body - example: Get a pair of wrist cuffs (Pioneer sells them) and put them on cables for chest pressing and flies. That way no pressure will be on your wrists. Maybe once you start healing enough you could pick up a pair of those Schiek hooks to start throwing in back movements without requiring you to grip weights (provided you can handle the pressure on your wrist)

This is not a theory, it is a studied subject

Discontinuing all training during recovery would be foolishness. Train around the arm is all you'd need to do here.

Drop to a cruise dose and continue training everything else while avoiding that arm... Simple as that really.

Getting off even test though and recovering your natural state can aid in recovery too
